syndicated shows are gaining in the ratings. don't care about any of them except (of course) syndiBuffy, which is up 18%.

been having a lot of dreams lately featuring lots of really mean rhinos chasing me or jumping out of trees at me. each time i have the dream, there are more rhinos than before. i'm not sure why the rhinos frighten me so badly.

Angel is a vampire. he's stong and fast. he killed people for pleasure for over a century. and the best way he could come up with to try to kill Wesley was to put a pillow over his face to smother him? Angel could have killed Wes quickly, in a blink. he didn't though. he also didn't need to shout and bring the orderlies and the rest of the gang running in. deep down, Angel didn't want to kill Wesley.
ack. i received a jury summons thingie at my old address. i'll have to pick it up after work to see what it says.
i saw Blade 2 this weekend. i wish i hadn't.

swords, vampires and martial arts. you'd think it had to be a good movie (or am i the only person who thinks that way?), but it wasn't. there were good things about it, but the story was weak, the focus was on the special effects ("dazzle them with special effects and hope they don't notice that the story sucks!"), and that GODDAMNED "LOVE INTEREST" THING they had to throw in. and what was with the Smackdown moves? bah! the first Blade wasn't exactly spectacular, but it was much better than the sequel.

the good things: swords. vampires. martial arts. the soundtrack wasn't bad either.

overall, it reenforced my usual desire to wait for the dvd.
why is it that after taking a cough suppressant i'm coughing more? stupid pharmaceutical companies.
i think someone didn't like the way last night's X-Files ended. i'm still undecided.
